GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE RESERVATION OF PLOTS

MINIMUM STAYS

Those dates agreed at the time of booking.

The check-in to the plot will be done starting from 14:00h and this one should be vacated before 12:00h the day leaving.

SPECIAL RATES these rates are subject to its application to present the membership card Into force on arrival at the campsite.

WAY OF PAYMENT

The reservation will be conformed once the 20% (minimum 50€) or the total amount is paid in.

The payment will be done through

                -TPV on line.

The rest will be paid when check-in.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of cancellation, the expenses will be the following:

7 days or more in advance – No cancellation fees.

Less than 7 days in advance – 100% of deposit

In case of non presentation without previous notification of the client, Camping-Bungalows Laguna Playa will dispose of the plot the following day to the one of predicted arrival.

NOTES

The client is totally responsible of doing the exact statement of how many people is going to occupy the plot (including the children) when making the reservation. Reception will be legally able not to admit the enter of non declared people, and if it is the case to make them vacate it.

** ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS (Any product)

The fact of taking part in the product implies the express acceptance of the client of each and every one of the general conditions. For the knowledge of all claims that may be made, both the client and Camping-Bungalows Laguna Playa, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vélez-Málaga, waiving any other jurisdiction.

MINIMUM STAYS

Those dates agreed at the time of booking.

The bungalows can be used from 17:00 h the check-in day and should be vacated before 12:00 H the checkout day.

WAY OF PAYMENT

The reservation will be conformed once the 50% or the total amount is paid in. The payment will be done through:

TPV on line.

The rest will be paid when check-in.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of cancellation, the expenses will be the following:

                -15 days or more in advance – No cancellation fees.

                -Less than 15 days in advance – 100% of deposit

In case of non presentation without previous notification of the client, Camping-Bungalows Laguna Playa will dispose of the bungalow the following day to the one of predicted arrival.

Each bungalow has a parking place for 1 car; if the client has another vehicle, it should be left on the parking area outside the camping-site.

Animals are not admitted in the bungalows.

Visits of people are not admitted in the bungalows.

The check-in will be done before 21:00 h in the evening.

BBQ are not allowed in the bungalows.

ANOMALIES

The client will be given a list with all the utensils existing in the bungalow; if something not according to the list is found, the client should tell immediately reception.

The client is totally responsible for all the damages made in the bungalow.
